In 1924 New York brothers Guido and Aurelio Tanzi perfected their 'fusilla' machine making it possible for Sfoglini to follow in their footsteps today. As varied and gorgeous as women's curls, Sfoglini's Fusilli is a triple layered helix shaped pasta which captures and holds sauce between each layer.
