SW Bitters Bonfire
About: These Bonfire spicy bitters are the perfect blend of spicy peppers and bright citrus lime notes to accompany your Bloody Mary, Margarita, or Spicy Mezcal Cocktail. With so much more flavor and complexity than just a single spice, carried with it vegetal notes, bright lime zest, kaffir lime leaves, as well as a symphony of multiple hot chiles and peppers that include Habaneros, Jalapenos, Ghost, and Hatch Green Chiles. It's great paired with the Square One Luscious Lime, Lively Lemon Cocktail Mix, and a touch of the Royal Rose Three Chile Simple Syrup I offer, topped off with a sprig of mint and lime wedge! Go ahead....surprise and delight your guests with this cocktail concoction! UPDATE 7/31/22- Yesterday I made a similar concoction but omitted the mint and Three Chile Simple Syrup, added chopped jalapeño and a bit of Strongwater Club Soda- I now offer that too!
Ingredients: Filtered Rocky Mountain Water, Alcohol, Habanero, Jalapeno, Ghost Pepper, Green Chiles, Kaffir Lime Leaf, and Lime Zest. 3 fl oz. 40% ABV
