Ingredients (*Certified Organic): Roasted Dandelion Root (Taraxacum officinale)*, Roasted Chicory Root (Cichorium intybus)*, Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamomum cassia)*, Ashwaganda Root (Withania somnifera)*, Cacao Nibs (Theobroma cacao)* & Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum)*
Suggested Use: Container is packed full when it arrives. Use caution opening, or it may spill out. Use 1 1/2 tsp of herbs loose, or in a tea ball or cup, to every 8 oz of water. Boil water and pour over herbs. Cover. Steep 15 minutes to overnight. Strain. Enjoy black, or add your favorite sweetener and regular or plant-based milk.
