HRF Tonic- Turmeric
About: Turmeric Tonic is a delicious way to incorporate turmeric into your daily life. Turmeric has a rich history of use supporting healthy digestive & liver function. HRF created a power-packed, superfood blend using herbs & warming spices — like turmeric root (of course), ginger root, ashwaganda root, and cinnamon bark, among others — to create a beneficial & delicious tonic.
Ingredients: Raw Apple Cider Vinegar*, Honey*, Turmeric Root(Curcuma aromatica)*, Ginger Root(Zingiber officinale)*, Cinnamon Bark(Cinnamomum cassia)*, Ashwaganda Root(Withania somnifera)*, Black Pepper(Piper nigrum)*, Lemon Verbena Leaf(Aloysia triphylla)* & Cardamom Pods(Elettaria cardamomum)*
*certified organic 8oz Amber Glass Bottle.
Suggested Use: Shake well. Enjoy as a refreshing summer drink by adding 1/8-1/4 cup Turmeric Tonic to quart jar, a bit of honey and still or sparkling water. Place the jar in the fridge to chill and serve over ice with a sliver of lime and or fresh mint!
Tonics can also be enjoyed by sipping, mixing, or taking as a shot.
SIP — Add 1 tbsp. to 8 oz. water or juice, stir, and sip.
MIX — Stir 1 tbsp. into mocktails, mixers, sauces, dressings, or marinades.
SHOOT — Take 1 tbsp. daily, or as a digestif after meals.
