A touch of lime juice is added to give this blend a very addictive tang. The burn hits you right away and has a solid afterglow, and by afterglow I mean it will some of you sweat! I did a facebook Live video during which my husband and I tasted all four Benito's Hot Sauce I received in my opening order. The video was pretty funny! And I can tell you Old Coy Dog will not be going into my mouth ever again......it's hot enough that it made my husband start sweating! HOT, but also flavorful!
