Jon Mulholland started Pasta Pappone in 2011 in Chicago, selling flavored pasta at a local farmers market. Jon's wife Mary Beth would help at farmer's markets and shows and loved the possibility of making Pasta Pappone everyone's favorite flavored pasta. In 2019, Mary Beth left her job to run Pasta Pappone full time and grow the business. Both Jon and Mary Beth grew up in the Chicagoland area, and take great pride in raising their family and growing their small food business with homegrown roots. There is a lot to love about this company and the pasta they make!
