Teri's Tips: I love the light feel of this concealer and the way it brightens my eyes!  Make sure to moisturize under your eyes before applying.  Warm concealer with finger pad, tap under eyes, then blend.  If you prefer not to use your fingers to blend, purchase a good concealer brush (like the LBC brush I sell here).  If you use a brush, you will want to wash it with a gentle soap, gently dry with a towel, then hang over edge of sink to dry completely.  Wash brush at least once per month.
