BMU Anxiety Balm
Lavender, Chamomile, Bergamot, and Basil combine to make this a powerhouse balm to apply when you're feeling anxious. Basil essential oil is high in linalool, which can block the anxiety receptors in the brain, helping to quell acute anxiety. Lavender and chamomile are soothing. To ease symptoms during stressful or anxious times, apply balm to pressure points.
Teri's Notes: In addition to applying to pressure points, put a little in each palm, rub together, cup hands over mouth and nose, then go back and forth between breathing in through nose then mouth. Doing this will allow the benefits of the aromas to work in conjunction with the topical application!
